How much sleep do we actually need ?
Some experts say that we all need at least 5 hours of good night sleep. What will happen if we don't sleep enough ?
Of course we would feel exhausted and tired, and if we are working or studying we wouldn't have enough concentration, but is it all ?
Yes it is, if we are talking about the present, but it will leave much worse consequences if we continue doing like this.
It can cause us to have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and some experts think that lack of sleep will also contribute to weight gaining.
What keeps us from sleeping ? Can we blame work or school for that ? One of the problems are electronic devices.
For example - computer. Many people stay up late because they are maybe surfing on the internet, or playing some games, or chatting with someone.
We think that it will be only one or two hours, but time flies when you are on the computer, especially if you are watching a movie or a TV show.
If you think you have a problem with sleeping, there are some things you can do, that will help you to have a better sleep and to go to bed early.
1. Don't eat too late because even if you fall asleep, you may experience nightmares, or you may wake up in the middle of the night because you feel nausea.
2. Don't drink or smoke at least six hours before you go to sleep.
3. Be active during the day, it will worn you out.
