“Don’t worry the worry, or the worry will worry you”

The term “WORRY” is no alien term to us. It’s something we face almost every single day and yet get troubled when faced with it again. It is this habit that leads to a lot of   stress and slowly affects our mental, emotional and physical well-being. What is Stress? It is defined as an emotional or mental state of mind that results from dire circumstances or unpleasant events. Feeling stressful makes you feel restless, helpless and not in control of the situation that you are in. How about we reverse this scenario and try to work at managing this stress.

Stress management can start by a mere realization that, there is a solution to every problem. This could help us take control of the circumstances that we face and help us work our way up. However it is first important that you learn to identify the ways in which you push yourself into stressful situations.

Do you get perturbed when faced with too many tasks at a time? Or does the load of responsibilities on your shoulder bog you down? Well in such cases it’s time to first take a step back and breathe a little. Don’t let your problems look bigger than you, learn to face them one at a time.

Penning down your priorities, saying no at times, avoiding uncomfortable topics, focusing on solutions rather than problems and getting enough rest are simple ways that could help you take control of your environment.

So say goodbye to your worries and hurry towards a De-Stressed life.
